La Embajadora de Colombia ante el Reino de los Países Bajos, Carolina Olarte Bácares, participó en la recepción de Año Nuevo ofrecida por la Corte Permanente de Arbitraje, la Corte Internacional de Justicia, la Academia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional y Diplomat Magazine.

A su llegada, la Embajadora saludó al Secretario General de la CPA, Marcin Czepelak; al Secretario de la Corte Internacional de Justicia, Philippe Gautier; al Secretario General de la Academia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional, Jean-Marc Thouvenin y a la Presidenta de Diplomat Magazine, Mayelinne de Lara. Asistieron al acto representantes del cuerpo diplomático, funcionarios de organizaciones internacionales, jueces y académicos.

Con la participación en estos actos, la Embajadora busca fortalecer el posicionamiento de Colombia en los escenarios del Derecho Internacional y crear vínculos diplomáticos con las representantes de otros Estados y miembros de las organizaciones internacionales en los Países Bajos.

The Ambassador of Colombia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Carolina Olarte Bácares, participated in the New Year's reception hosted by The Permanent Court of Arbitration, the International Court of Justice, The Hague Academy of International Law, and Diplomat Magazine.

Upon her arrival, the Ambassador greeted the Secretary General of the PCA, Mr. Marcin Czepelak, the Registrar of the ICJ, Mr. Philippe Gautier, the Secretary General of the Academy, Mr. Jean-Marc Thouvenin, and the President of Diplomat Magazine, Mrs. Mayelinne de Lara. Representatives of the diplomatic corps, officials of international organizations, judges, and academics attended the event.

Through participation in these events, the Ambassador seeks to strengthen the positioning in international law scenarios and create diplomatic links with the representatives of other states and members of the international organizations in the Netherlands.
